– Apply for issuance of financial futures trading code
– The balance of available funds in the margin account shall not be less than RMB 500,000.
– Have basic knowledge of financial futures and pass relevant tests
– Have a financial futures simulation transaction record of 10 trading days or more (inclusive) or have a futures transaction record of 10 or more (inclusive) in the last three years
– There is no serious bad integrity record
– There are no circumstances prohibiting or restricting financial futures trading by laws, administrative regulations, rules and exchange business rules.
